ABSTRACT

This study aims toevaluate the feasibility of establishing a consulting firm in Mexico through a business model that is allowed to provide training services, methods to find the solution of problems for industries inMexico . This project shall be limited to the following areas : Quality, Continuous Improvement, Productivity , Profitability, Sustainability and Environment.

This company will be able to providea single solution that will allow Mexican companies raise the levels of competitiveness and quality demands in the global market nowadays. To perform this difficult task we designed a diagnosticprocess which will be applied to each specific case in order to identify the specific needs of each company defining the corresponding action plan.

This study will introduce you at detail the requiredbusiness plan to launch a consulting firm , detailed resource analysis and market research , technical and financial studies as well as the social impact and others.




RESUMEN EJECUTIVO

Elpresente trabajo tiene como objetivo el de evaluar la factibilidad de establecer una firma de consultaría en México y que a través de un Modelo de Negocio se permita brindar servicios decapacitación, entrenamiento y resolución de problemas existentes en la industria en México. Este proyecto estará delimitado a los siguientes rubros: Calidad, Mejora Continua, Productividad, Rentabilidad ySustentabilidad o Medio Ambiente.

Con el establecimiento de esta empresa se pretende ofrecer una solución integral, misma que permitirá a las empresas Mexicanas elevar los niveles de competitividad ycalidad que el mercado global exige en la actualidad.
