The third indiscreptancy found is that training manual [this needs to be plural] where also not checked for accuracy to make sure they where complete. Errors like this are inexcusable due to thefact that the training manuals are a key component to new hires being able to understand how things are done here at ABC Inc. Thus leading to potential future lawsuits for trainees or employees claiming no proper or inadiquite training practices that are done by our company, all manuals should be checked to make sure they are complete to make sure all trainees obtain all information they need tosuccessfully fit in at the company.
The fourth error that has been found is that Carl Robins did not properly coordinate and schedule training classrooms. Not making sure the training labs where open causes confusion and delays new hires training as well as current employees training. Carl should have checked with all departments to make sure no one had already had the training lab...
