Your Direct Loan disclosure statement is available on our secure StudentLoans.govWeb site. You will need your Federal Student Aid (FSA) PIN tosign in. Instructions on accessing your disclosure statement are provided below.
From the StudentLoans.gov home page:
Click on the "Sign In" button located in the "Manage My Direct Loan"box. The Sign In page will appear.
Once signed in, click on the "Disclosure Statements" link located under the "My Loan Documents" heading on the left menu bar. The "Disclosure Statements"page will appear.
Under "Disclosure Statements," find the document that corresponds to the date of this email and click on "View" under the "View PDF" column.
Print or save a copy for yourrecords.
Your disclosure statement provides information about your student loan. It is important to keep all correspondence in a safe location for future reference. Your disclosure statement willbe available for you to retrieve for a limited time. Therefore, we encourage you to take the time now to retrieve your copy.
If you have questions regarding the next steps in the processingof your loan, when the loan will be disbursed (paid out), or no longer wish to receive the loan, contact your school.
After the first disbursement of your loan has been made, your loan willbe assigned to a loan servicer. Your loan servicer will contact you and provide their name and contact information. Your servicer will service, answer questions about and process payments onyour loan.
To view the list of servicers, and their contact information, click this link or select the "Additional Information" link on the "Contact Us" page of StudentLoans.gov.
