HOW CAN YOUNG PEOPLE BECOME MORE ENTREPRENEURIAL?
Since time immemorial, entrepreneurs have been, are and will be the economic engine of the any developed or undeveloped country. Without them, the world would be different and life would beharder and more complicated. For example, thanks to them, we can flight, travel faster and safer and even communicate instantly between humans regardless of where we are.
There are two main different types of entrepreneurs who have different perception levels of the role of innovation in their sector/business, of the financial sources available and different management behavior. They can be separatedas it is shown below explaining their main features:

* Craftsman entrepreneurs: “They are more product oriented, more an inventor, a creator, so they perceive innovating as being more important. They know fewer financial sources because they do not really look for external financial sources to keep control of his firm”. (Lorrain and Perreault: 1992: 37)

* Opportunisticentrepreneurs: They are more concerned about their new firm than the craftsman except in research and development and human resources areas. They do not fear to lose control by having access to external financial support. They allow more time and effort to marketing. (Lorrain and Perreault: 1992: 37)
Nowadays Young people are growing in an environment of increasing social, economic, technological andpolitical changes. Globalization has been framed as a generator of knowledge transformation and progress, thus, investing in young people is to ensure the sustained growth of human and social capital, as young people show great adaptability and development of new technologies.
According to Greg Watson “An entrepreneur is an individual who see problems as opportunities and then take actions toidentify the solutions to those problems and the customers who will pay to have those problems solved.” http://www.gregwatson.com (accessed 05.01.10).
Young people have the opportunity to become more entrepreneurs than ever due to the possibilities that the world is giving them now in terms of education and quality life. The governments should know it, if they promote effectively an “entrepreneurialfactory” in their schools and universities, their country will increase economically.
A good example to see how a country can develop an efficient education system is Finland which is one of the countries with most economic growth in the world due to the efficient education system that it has got. Finland encourages the creative thinking and do not have special rules or treatments to theirstudents, all they have is well trained teachers and responsible students. The following paragraph has been extracted from an article published on the wall street journal and points out the following:
“The academic prowess of Finland's students has lured educators from more than 50 countries in recent years to learn the country's secret, including an official from the U.S. Department of Education....
