RESUMEN

El presente trabajo de historia de vida fue de gran ayuda para un razonamiento y unanálisis investigativo, nuestro principal objetivo de este trabajo es conocer fueron los factores de éxito de este gran empresario para llevarlo a cabo en un vida futura empresarial y también analizar las derrotas que tuvo y como las llego a superar, para que nosotros y futuros empresarios no cometan el mismo error. Hemos realizados dos métodos los cuales son la entrevista y la observación, y comoprueba de este hemos grabado un video con el empresario Guillermo Novoa T., el principal resultado que obtuvimos es que el factor de éxito principal del empresario es su familia ya que lo han y le siguen apoyando en todas las decisiones que este ha tomado. Y como conclusión tenemos que para ser un buen empresario debemos analizar bien el dinero, el financiamiento, el apoyo de familia y sobretodo elquerer hacer, crear un cambio y el deseo de superarse.

ABSTRACT

This life history work was of great help in reasoning and research analysis, our main objective of this work is to know were the success factors of this great entrepreneur to carry out business on a future life and also analyze the defeats theyhad and how I get to overcome, so that we and future entrepreneurs do not make the same mistake. We conducted two methods which are the interview and observation, and as proof of this we recorded a video with businessman Guillermo Novoa T., the main result obtained is that the main success factor of the entrepreneur is his family because they have and will continue to support all decisions thatit has taken. And in conclusion we need to be a good entrepreneur should analyze well the money, funding, support from family and above all want to do, create change and the desire to succeed.
