GYRATORI CRUSHERS
Gyratory crusher is a large crushing machinery, using the gyratory sports in casing cone cavity of crushing cone to produce extrusion, fracturing andbending role to materials for crushing ore or rock of various hardness. Gyratory crusher is composed of transmission, engine base, eccentric bushing, crushing cone, center frame body, beams, originaldynamic part, oil cylinder, pulley , appliances and dry oil, thin oil lubrication system components etc.
High Capacity Gyratory Crusher Structure & Operation Principles
The High Capacity GyratoryCrusher consists of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening. During operation,the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that thesurface of the crushing wallis close to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed
Gyratory crusher Working Principle:
In gyratorycrusher, the top of the spindle with crushing cone is supported in the bushings at beam central, the bottom is placed in the eccentric hole of shaft sleeves. When Gyratory crusher works, electromotorthrough horizontal axis and a pair of bevel gear drives eccentric bushing rotation, when eccentric bushing turns, crushing cone does eccentric and gyratory motion around the machine centerline,makes the crushing cone surface near the crushing wall surface sometimes and leave it sometimes, thus make the ore in crushing cavity constantly getting extrusion and bending and being broken, the brokenmaterials is discharged by weight from crushing cavity bottom.
