Environmental Lawyer
An environmental lawyer is responsiblefor protecting and defending the environment. This involves resolving issues that involve either animals or nature. These lawyers fight for the rights that keep everything intact with the naturalworld. If a company wants to do something that goes against nature, an environmental lawyer will make sure that they do not. For example, when the big oil spill in the gulf of Mexico accord two years ago,environmental lawyer made sure that the company received their penalty for not assuring the environments safety. A graduated environmental lawyer is very educated and prepared. They have a surplusknowledge in many different things.

Job Description: Environmental lawyers have the duty to care for the environment. They reinforce recycling and animal rights. The main job that environmentallawyers have to do is to make sure everyone is doing things the right way. This means, making sure people are not doing things that can potential damage the environment and/or nature. The main issue thatenvironmental lawyers have to encounter is oils pills. Oils spills are a big issue that they are constantly resolving.

Personal Qualities/ Characteristics Needed: For a environmental lawyer to besuccessful they need to be persuasive, strong willed, fair, firm, and passionate with what they do. Any lawyer in any field needs to be persuasive to achieve what they want. Firmness and fairness arealso key in being successful in this career. If you are passionate with the environment and what to care for the earth, this career is perfect. The most important characteristic/ personal quality thatsomeone has to have in order to be a successful environmental lawyer is that they need to have a lot of love for what they do. This means, that they have good values and morals.
