Es Justificable Romper La Ley?

Throughout history there has been a constant debate whether it is justifiable to break the law. As we all know laws have been created to keep our society under control and to avoid chaos,corruption, theft, murder, etc. However under certain circumstances it should be justifiable to break the law. Situations where it should be reasonable to break the law would be when one has to defendthemselves from an aggressor otherwise known as self defense. At times breaking the law is just the “right “ thing to do, if we look back to Hitler’s Germany it was illegal to hide Jews but some people stillhid Jews because they believed it was the right thing to do, now should they be punished for saving someone’s life? Or what if you have to speed because you literally have someone dying in the carthat needs urgent care, what are you supposed to do pull over dial “911” and wait for them to get there knowing that, that injured person could die in the time you have to wait?
Furthermore, if welook at some laws in our own country we see that under certain conditions it’s justifiable to break the law. As we all know murder is illegal, unless it was because you had to defend yourself (selfdefense) from an attacker that was using deadly force. Self defense is a serious matter but if we go to something less serious and we look into our own public schools, we can see a rule that is justincomprehensible. At school we are taught that fighting is not tolerated and one will be suspended if caught in a fight, which is completely understandable but we are also told that we cannot hit back evenif we are hit first which is not as understandable. In other words this rule states that even if we are being beaten to the floor we CANNOT hit back, we can only cover ourselves and take the beatingin order to not be suspended. So pretty much we have to go back home with a black eye and a school reputation of being a coward, but at least happy because at least we’re not suspended? Does that...
