The United Nations and her partipation in some cases of the Security Council
I. Introduction
Before to talk about United Nations means by which international civil society, considered to express interest, concernand needs, with the objective of finding consensus solution or have in any conflict.
Otherwise, talk about United Nations is important to begin to define the tasks and the history about United Nations and how and why it was create the United Nations.
The United Nations during the History, used to be called before League of Nations that it was create after the First World War, with theinitiative of the victors of the First World War with the macro range to go through another global armed conflict. is important to note that this was the initiative of then President Winston Churchill in 1919.
On the other hand the society of nations did not have a major impact on the international stage, because the structure and composition were not sufficiently able to avoid the disarmament ofGermany and also strengthen collective security in the international order.
These reasons provided above, make the League of Nations not continue due to a series of conflicts that took place and walked out of the hands of the League of Nations. We can also say that the League of Nations never had the authority to compel their members to their decisions on a mandatory basis.
It is then that in 1945after World War II, establishing Organization the United Nations because of a meeting in San Francisco with the composition of 51 countries, where they managed to agree the main objectives of the United Nations are Peace and International Security. Is also important to note that the United Nations is also considered that defend the Human Rights.
The United Nations officially came into existenceon 24 October 1945, when the Charter had been ratified by China, France, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and a majority of other signatories. United Nations Day is celebrated on 24 October each year.
Some definitions about what is United Nations really, we can say that is a forum where every represent ant of every country, they can they can made hear her voices, accordingto their objectives, so too come together to join forces and take on global issues. It is important the principles of the United Nations and the most important that is the cause, which was crate the United Nations, to maintain international peace and security in the actually international order.
Security Council being one of the most important institutions as the main agency responsible forproviding the security between countries that is part of civil society, definitely the purpose of testing is to observe, analyze and criticize if the Security Council to meet its objectives as we have seen on the principles of the Charter of San Francisco, armed conflicts that we consider in our analysis are India's Independence in 1947, with the United Nations was founded in 1945 and the Vietnam Warand so other more.
