What a mad world


In the wars are violated every human rights, starting with the First and foremost one, the right of life.
These people, like us, have right to life, right to housing, tofreely express their opinions and feelings,security, and war are deprived of all them.
From our childhood we all have been spectators of Hollywood movies about the Second World War, these moviesare of course our training through wars, through them we have formed an idea about wars, scenes, actors, control methods
It is said that in a war nobody wins, but everyone loses. The consequences ofthese conflicts are always devastating and, when it comes ceasefire or peace agreement, we see the true harshness: missing persons maimed by landmines, women raped, destroyed buildings, hundreds ofdisplaced and refugees.
Another of the sad realities of these conflicts are the 'child soldiers' ,children who are forcibly recruited to join the regular army or rebel groups.
Most child soldiersare aged between 14 and 18, While many enlist "voluntarily" research shows that such adolescents see few alternatives to involvement in armed conflict. Some enlist as a means of survival in war-tornregions after family, social and economic structures collapse or after seeing family members tortured or killed by government forces or armed groups. Others join up because of poverty and lack of workor educational opportunities.
We mean by civilization a way of life in which the wilder passions of humanity are restrained, the nobler instincts and inclinations are developed and allowed toprevail.
As civilized men we want the all-round development of human culture, literature, science and the arts, giving good-bye to the jungle laws, In a word, civilization is a state when the highestideals of the human society are naturally and spontaneously reflected in man's thoughts and actions.
