Their strategy is “everyday, low prices”. It is known for its efficient distribution channels and technologies. But nowadaysthe domestic market (Usa) is saturated and their sales are decreasing. However the emerging markets-are tremendous opportunities and they are looking for new strategies which allow them to grow up.First of all is necessary to know how the environment is moving that way making any decisions will be easier.
