In this essay I am going to talk about the differences and similarities that Western Europe had in different aspects (Economic, Social,Cultural, and Political) before the crusades and after the crusades.

First, The political differences between Western Europe after the crusades and Western Europe before the crusades. On those timesWestern Europe was using Feudalism that was a system of government, after the crusades this form of government started to decline because of the crusades and travels opened new trade option to England,another reason that Feudalism decline was because the peasants revolted, although the nobles became weaker and the kings took back their land and their power, other reason is because peasants escapedfrom their countries and went to towns, also because the land was rented and the rights of the lords over labour decreased. So, they began to use a centralized system that consists on a form ofgovernment by which the power is concentrated in a central authority to which local governments are subject. With this new system they improved their language, learned more about technology and skills thatimproved lives of the western Europeans. Now we are going to talk about the economical aspect after the crusades, one principal effect that the crusades made over Western Europe was on commerce, theybegan a constant demand for the transportation of men and supplies, encourage ship building, and extended the market to Eastern wares in Europe. Continuing thru the essay we are going to talk aboutthe effects of the crusades that made in the social aspect. Crusades afforded an opportunity for romantic adventure; crusades were there for one principal fostering influences of chivalry, the peasantsconverted in bourgeoisies.
