One of the things that I have always dreamed about is been married, never divorced, live in one country, move to other different every two years and everything with my husband or family. The reasonsare simple: I would like to get involved into the different cultures, know every country that exist in the world and, of course, learn more languages. But if I would have to choose one country forliving and stay there for more than 2 years, it would be Peru for three main reasons: by the comfortability for having housemaid, by the great food and by the tourism.
Until now, in the only place thatI have gone for living is Philadelphia, in the university zone. I stayed there at Sheraton’s Hotel just for two months, for an English course at UPENN and I was not so comfortable as it usually is athome. The housekeeper cleaned my room twice a week and the rest of the week I had to do everything, including wash my clothes. My experience in those two months is not far away from other realitiesin the United States. In fact, you need to be rich to pay a housemaid and this is something that happens in most of the countries. Instead, in Peru it is totally affordable pay one. So, the first mainreason why I chose for live in Peru is because comfortability is having a housemaid and most of Peruvians can afford one, can make you things easier.
Nowadays, Peru is becoming known for theirgastronomy and for having the largest number of dishes around the world. The most popular dishes between all of the delicious ones are the “Ceviche”, “Lomo Saltado” and “Causa”. Big part of our growingpopularity is due to our main Peruvian chef, Gastón Acurio, the responsible for making known our brand Peru, but he would not have been able to achieve this if the food was not so tasty. Besides thetaste, those dishes are easy to do and they are not so expensive in fact, they are accessible to everyone that really likes to cook.
