Quality Warranty Period
1. From purchase day of users (subject to seller’s invoice date), vehicle parts and assembly according to the different characteristics of division of guarantee period, the maximum period is one year. 2. Guarantee period of parts:No special parts are one-year guarantee period. 3. Quality assurance of spare parts for three months include: Speakers, Flasher, and Start battery, Electronic bell, Plastic products (excluding Oil seal), Lamps (excluding Light shade), Knitwear, Leatherette, various types of Light switches, Radio, Wiper motors, Combination switch, Combination of instruments, various types of Flexible shaft andcable, Brake lining, all kinds of Oil seal (including all types of seals, gaskets), DC / DC Converters. 4. Quality assurance of spare parts for 6 months include: Entire vehicle bearings, Seat adjustment and support, Ignition switch, Before and after shock absorber, Rocker arm front axle, Various types of plugs. 5. Quality assurance of spare parts for one year include: Solar panels, Battery assembly,Motor Shell, Gear, Shaft; Driveshaft speed transmission lines; Steering the steering wheel, Steering column assembly, Steering String assembly , Steering shaft assembly, Steering gear, Steering rod, Bevel gear assembly; Brake lines brake caliper (excluding Oil seal), Brake disc, Brake drum, Brake lines; Department of frame moving, Left and right vertical arm assembly, Horizontal Stabilizer Bar,Coil spring, Wheel rim; Accelerator assembly; Other parts of the engine to suspension (excluding rubber), Asynchronous motor assembly, Asynchronous motor controller assembly, charger assembly .

In principle our company provides products free of charge for one-year warranty (excluding wearing parts). In a year, thecompany is responsible for free maintenance due to non-human causes of failure. After one–year free maintenance, continue life-long service, but charge materials fee. Man-made causes of failure are non-skilled personnel driving, which damage is caused by improper use, such as traffic accident crash. Tires, Foot pad, Panels instructions and other wearing parts are not within the scope of warranty.Service Assurance
1. Our company has After-sale-service Department and full-time staff in charge of consulting services, at any time to answer customers and scheduling problems. 2. When selling, the company provides free training of half a day for driving, maintenance and repairing of on-site education demonstration. For the customers who purchase more than 10 cars one time, specialized staffmay be represented Mill 3-7 days.
