Abstrac
Beer El Águila was created by five university young persons, they found a need on the beer market for which the Mexicans nowadays not only look for something new and innovative if they donot start taking again these habits of consuming elaborated products artesanalmente or facts in Mexico, it is here where we enter we, since we seek to satisfy the needs of these consumers.
El Águilaelaborates handcrafted beer using natural ingredients as, the malt, hop, yeast and coffee beans, chocolate and caramel; in this one the process is not carried out of leaked and a period of fermentationhas from thirty to thirty and eight days.
Our project is inside the category "productive", due to the fact that we themselves elaborate the beer, implementing in our line of products two flavors(cho-coffee and candy) in two different presentations (barrel, hour-glass and caguama) one was starting diversifying with an alone presentation (hour-glass) and later other two presentations wereimplemented.
I carry out a market research with the purpose of fitting prices to the product and of knowing the needs of the consumer. At the same time I implement a memory of social responsibility toannounce the public that we have a commitment with the environment.
Analyses of positions were elaborated to choose the suitable person and take charge of the departments that form a part of “El Águila”elaborating the list of each one of them to grant just wages to each one. Different financings consulted, there was chosen one of them, I carry out an analysis of the overheads and variables thatwill have the company, once realized one was starting working on the project.
