|Introducción.

En México, no existe como tal una Ley que regule la aplicación de los estímulos fiscales en lo general. Más bien, la legislación fiscal establece la aplicación de los mismos de forma particular, dependiendo del impuesto del que se trate. En este sentido, existirán algunas formalidades que deberán cumplir los contribuyentes, en bien de poder aprovechar los estímulos fiscales deque se traten.
Adicionalmente, cada una de las Leyes fiscales podrá emitir disposiciones complementarias aplicables a cada uno de los estímulos fiscales en ellas incluido.
Para el presente año, las autoridades fiscales emitieron diversos estímulos y subsisten algunos otros. Dentro de los principales estímulos encontramos los siguientes:
