Inversiones Generales del Mar S.A.C was founded in 2011 by the engineer Jose Reyes Lozano. It started operation on January 1, 2002, with one mainobjective, to set up an industrial plant for hydro-biological products for humans needs.
This company is new in the market, and presently, it is owned by his son, Jose Yonatan Reyes Contreras. He isthe legal representative and responsible for dealing with customers, providers, and any company related to Inversiones Generales del Mar S.A.C.

Cooked Line: It is cooked fish without black meat,spines, guts, and scales. This is packed in tin cans, which converse fish for a period of four years.

Uncooked Line: Fish goes through the process of decapitation, evisceration, pre-cooking, andincorporation of cover liquid. Then, it is sealed hermetically, and sterilized properly in order to conserve the product efficiently.

The species in conservation are Caballa, Juriel, and Anchoveta, andtheir diverse preparations.
