Presente
La oración afirmativa en inglés se construye de acuerdo con la siguiente estructura:
Sujeto + Verbo + Objeto Directo
I + eat + applesYou + need + help
We + bought + a car
En la oración negativa, el auxiliar se sitúa delante del verbo principal:
Sujeto + Auxiliar negación + Verbo + Objeto Directo
I + don't + eat + apples
You +don't + need + help
We + didn't + buy + a car
En la oración interrogativa, el auxiliar se sitúa al comienzo de la misma:
Auxiliar + Sujeto + Verbo + Objeto Directo ?
Do + I + eat + apples ?Do + you + need + help ?
Did + we + buy + a car ?

Pasado simple

Present perfect (pretérito perfecto)
I have bought a car. || Yo he comprado un coche

I bought a car. || Yocompré un coche
Present perfect continuous
I have been playing tennis. || Yo he estado jugando al tenis
I have not been playing tennis || Yo no he estado jugando al tenis
Have the childrenbeen doing their homework? || ¿ Han estado los niños haciendo sus deberes ?
FUTURO
I will play tennis. || Yo jugaré al tenis
I won't (will not) play tennis. || Yo no jugaré al tenis
Will you playtennis? || ¿ Jugarás tú al tenis ?
Will you not dance with me? || ¿ No bailarás conmigo ? || Won´t you dance with me?
