EL MODELO DEL DESARROLLO COMPARTIDO (1970 - 1976)
Al iniciarse la administración del Lic. Luis Echeverría Álvarez, el 1° de diciembre del 1970, que culminaría en1976, la imagen que sé tenia de México en los círculos económicos era de un país muy afortunado y privilegiado, por las condiciones del crecimiento económico, solidez monetaria, solvencia crediticia y además solidez política, naturales para el aumento de las inversiones. La transformación de la revolución de 1910, el crecimiento sostenido a partir de 1935, la estabilidad monetaria de los precios.A partir de 1935, la estabilidad monetaria de los precios a partir de 1956, fueron las nuevas posibilidades del desarrollo tenían los inversionistas, tanto nacionales como extranjeros.
México había llegado a su madurez como sistema capitalista con predominio industrial y un sector monopolístico de estado.
