RESUMEN.
En el presente documento se hará un análisis de la deuda externa y el comportamiento que se ha dado en las regiones de América latina y áfrica. Dondetendremos en cuenta las causas y consecuencias de este problema del mundo globalizado para argumentar los impactos en el crecimiento y desarrollo económico de estos continentes.
Se realizara unrespectivo análisis teniendo en cuenta diferentes factores entre ellos: político, económico, social, tecnológico. Para así poder realizar una respectiva critica frente a esta problemática.
