Its hard to believe that someone can influence you in a good or bad way. I feel my biggest influence in life has prepared me for the next step in my life, college. Throughout our lives, we are goingto run with people who will want to influence our lives in various ways. During our teenage years we are most likely to be influenced by people who want us to take the wrong path and make baddecisions. But, ultimately, we are who decide who is able to influence us, either in a bad or good way. Of course, good influences will always cross your path. I ‘am lucky enough to have someone who had guideme positively, through my life.
When it comes to a significant influence in my life, my dad has been the one who I can really say has taught me to reflect about my actions and make the bestdecision, according the situation. He has shown me to appreciate every single good and beautiful detail in life. The reason why he is such a significant influence on me, is because he believes in me, and hastaught me to believe in myself by telling me I can succeed in what ever endeavor I set for myself. He has taught me taught to held my head high even in the toughest moments in life, and this has mademe a stronger person. From him, I have learned that no one can ever tell me I cannot do something.
My dad is an electric engineer. He does his work so passionately, that I ‘am always amazed when Isee him work. Every time I see him work, his passion and dedication, makes me want to be as he is, in my life. One of the most important things for him are the values and character of a person. His lifeis based on citizenship, caring about others, and being fair with everyone around him. He believes nothing makes a better person that being a respectful and trustworthy person. I think aftermentioning all of these, it would be hard not to understand why he has influenced my life so positively.
