This video isabout the enterprise have closed in EEUU , and a Japanese enterprise is who get it , and for this reason there are people unemployment , and one of unemployment “Hunt” decide to go to introduce a modelto the new owners in Japan( Assam Motors) , to convince that the company should open again.
The directors of Japanese company decide give a one change , then they make an agreement , which that theemployees must make 15000 vehicles in a determinate time , and if it will happened , the owners decide to open again . But , for this, Hunt should lie to his teamwork , he said , that they must 13000vehicles to increase their salaries and to open the company again.
When Japanese employees and Americans employees meted to work together , at the moment began the problems , because their culturesof the both were different. While that Japanese culture was to have the control , the discipline , only they want to increase the productivity without worrying of the families of their workers , inthe contrary the American culture was demonstrated that is necessary to have the control but is more necessary give motivation to their workers and enjoy with their jobs making the things like them .The partners of Hunt decide to make 13000 vehicles to save the company , but they don’t know which was the true . Then , the owner of company wanted if the goal was reached and he would travel in afew days to USA , and when Hunt received that new , he have decided to tell the true , so , when it happened all employees resigned and they go out.
Hunt and his boss Kazihiro tried to save thecompany together , then , they began make the 2000 vehicles missing , and when the employees saw it , they decided to help them.
