mousse de fresa de gelatina
hola mi nombre es coki y hoy vamos a cocinar un mousse de fresa de gelatina.
Ingredientes: medio litro de leche, gelatina de fresa, 1 sobrecito de cuajada y azucar algusto.
(PRIMER PASO)
Ponemos un cuarto de leche a calentar y en otro vaso ponemos otro cuarto de leche aparte y le aplicamos un sobre de cuajada y la bamitos, y ya cuando la leche este hirviendo leaplicamos cuatro cucharadas de azucar y lo agitamos, ya cuando la leche este hirviendo mas le aplicamos la gelatina de fresa, cuando ya este bien revuelto le ponemos la leche con la cuajada y labamitos todo junto.
(DESPUES DE BATIR)
Aplicamos el mousse en recipiente.
Y acontinuacion vamos vamos a meter el mousse en el refrigerador hasta que se enfrien y luego continuaremos terminandolo.(HAY QUE DEJARLO EN EL REFRIGERADOR UNOS 20 MINUTOS O MAS HASTA QUE ESTE LISTA)
Ya que esten frios, vamos a hacer la gelatina de fresa
Para ello. Ponemos un cuarto de agua a hervir.
Y ahora ponemosmedio sobre de gelatina al agua, y ya que este bien batido le volvemos agregar un cuarto de agua lo revolvemos y lo dejamos enfriar un poquito.
(DESPUES LE PONEMOS LA GELATINA ENCIMA DEL LA OTRA YAPREPARADA)
Y asi es como nos queda nuestra receta de mousse de fresa hasta luego.
