My main responsibilities are:

1.       Ensures that school personnel know and work towardfulfillment of the school’s mission and vision.
2.       Plan, organize and supervise, in coordination with General Director, all area administrative and academic activities.    
3.       Elaborates areagoals in alignment with institutional objectives.
4.       Coordinate with General Director, Principals and Curriculum Coordinator the objectives, standards and parameters of the curricular planning5.       Fulfill responsibilities as defined in the Supervision, Development and Evaluation Program and the Assessment Policy and Procedures Documents
6.       Promotes a positive climateconducive to high morale and collaboration
