TITULO: ESTUDIO DEL PROCESO DE FORMACIÓN DE POSTGRADO EN EL CETDIR

Resumen
El presente trabajo se realizo en la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial, en el Centro de Estudios deTécnicas de Dirección (CETDIR).
La educación de posgrado es una dirección de trabajo fundamental en nuestro Facultad. Ella se ocupa de la formación académica de graduados universitarios cubanos y de otras nacionalidades, a través de estudios de especialidades, maestrías y doctorados. Además de atender las necesidades de capacitación, potencia el intercambio y brinda amplias posibilidadespara estrechar vínculos entre organismos e instituciones, tanto cubanas como de diferentes países de todas las regiones del mundo. Dicho estudio se propuso como objetivo principal diagnosticar y proyectar alternativas de solución en el departamento.
Para el cumplimiento del objetivo se hizo uso de diferentes técnicas de recopilación de información entre las que se encuentran la entrevista aprofesores de ambos departamentos, consulta de tesis de diploma, internet, entre otras.
Entre las principales conclusiones a que se arribaron con la culminación de este proyecto están:
• En el Departamento se está incumpliendo con lo establecido en el manual de calidad con la con tramitación de solicitud de alumnos / organismos, ya que las solicitudes se deben realizar a la vicedecana deinvestigación y posgrado.
• Con la identificación de las debilidades planteadas en el departamento se pueden tomar las medidas pertinentes para fortalecer la formación académica de posgrado del CETDIR.
• Con la implementación de la propuesta se puede mejorar el sistema de calidad de la solicitud y la formación de posgrado de maestría en el CETDIR.
Además se plantearonrecomendaciones con el fin de brindar soluciones a ambos departamentos para que realicen la labor de la forma más eficiente posible.
Summary
The present work one carries out in the Ability of Industrial Engineering, in the Center of Studies of Technical of Address (CETDIR).
The posgrado education is an address of fundamental work in our Ability. She is in charge of the academic formation ofgraduate Cuban university students and of other nationalities, through studies of specialties, masters and doctorates. Besides assisting the training necessities, power the exchange and it offers wide possibilities to narrow bonds between organisms and institutions, so much Cuban as of different countries of all the regions of the world. This study intended as main objective to diagnose and to projectalternative of solution in the department.
For the execution of these objective use of different techniques of summary of information was made among those that are the interviews to professors of both departments, consultation of diploma thesis, internet, among others.
Among the main conclusions to that you/they were arrived with the culmination of this project they are:
• In theDepartment you is incumpliendo with that settled down in the manual of quality with the procedure of students' application / organisms, since the applications should be carried out to the investigation vicedecana and postgraduate.
• With the identification of the weaknesses outlined in the department they can take the pertinent measures to strengthen the academic formation of postgraduate ofthe CETDIR.
• With the implementation of the proposal it can improve the system of quality of the application and the formation of master postgraduate in the CETDIR.
They also thought about recommendations with the purpose of offering solutions to both departments so that they carry out the work in the possible more efficient way.
