UNIDAD I; GENERALIDADES SOBRE EL ESTUDIO DEL DERECHO.

Como suerge el derecho; Ligado a la experiencia de un grupo, social que busca formas de organización, una de estas reglas de organización es el derecho.
Principios básicos, el ser humano tiene esencia yexistencia, lo que lo conforma como unidad independiente y ya que tiene forma de vida convenios contratos y seguridad.

Clases de normas; Según García Maines, la palabra norma suele usarse en dos sentidos.
Normas de sentido amplio; Se aplica a toda regla que se establece a la manera como se debe de ser o esta establecido que se haga una determinada.
Norma de sentido estricto; Estacorresponde a la regla que impone deberes o confiere derechos.
Tipos de normas.
Bilateralidad; Se entiende que una norma es bilateral cuando el momento impone deberes concede facultades, es decir; se establece una corretabilidad entre los deberes y las facultades siempre habrá un frente a un sujeto obligado a otro facultado.
