Wireless sensor networks
Problems-The wireless sensor networks monitor and record the physical or environmental conditions more diverse. They are becoming more widespread, but havethe problem of energy supply. Netherlands scientists have developed a system that allows the energy expenditures in these sensors is minimized thanks to its ability to interact between them. The systemhas already been applied to a large Australian project to control the water quality of the Great Barrier Reef, the largest coral reef in the world
Future-
Undoubtedly the wireless sensor networksmake a big difference in the various aspects of our lives and in the field of communications. The sensors are wireless networks with autonomous nanoaparatos ease of wireless communication. In the fieldof energy consumption and management of these networks allow the binding of different functions independent of each other before, achieving greater efficiency.
The functions which have sensornetworks is to measure the levels of temperature, humidity, liquid, etc.. These functions can be improved with this new generation of wireless sensors, thanks to the innovation of new software and microchipfabrications new radios, changes in the way of getting the router and removing the wires on the sensors. Sensor networks can be operated with various wireless technologies, which have IEEE 802.11wireless LANs, Bluetooth, and radio frequency identification
Grid Computing
Future- Grid computing is an innovative technology that enables coordinated use of all resources (including computing, storage and specific applications) that are not subject to centralized control. In this sense it is a new form of distributed computing in which resources may be heterogeneous (different architecture, supercomputers, clusters ...) and are connected by wide area networks (eg Internet). Developed in scientific fields in the early 1990s, they entered the commercial market following the idea of the...
