Etica Empresarial
Enterprise ethics is the set of values, norms and principles reflected in the culture of the company to achieve greater harmony with society and allow betteradaptation to all environments in conditions that respect the rights assumed recognized by society and the values it shares .[1]
Enterprise ethics refers to the notion that business andethics are not separate - that business knowledge and ethical understanding are critical components of good decisions made at all levels of organizations.
Enterprise ethics are most ofteninitiated by ethical leadership which connect the goals of the organizations with those of the internal employees and external stakeholders [2] ; An enterprise ethics approach viewsindividuals working in all areas of a company not just the people who have jobs related to ethics and compliance ; for example , investor relations, marketing, operations or sales - as beingresponsible for ethics, and Every worker can take actions that embody the purpose, vision, values and ethical ideals of an organization and its stakeholders.[2]
Most companies havedeveloped a code of ethics in order to combat:
Corruption ,The workplace harassment ,defamation ,The misleading ads [1]
the subject of ethics is very important because some companies failand disappoint by not having to Customers and employees. We have to be responsible, respectful and willing to people, because no ethics only important in the workplace but in our dailyliving.[3]
