PRINCIPIOS ÉTICOS COMO APORTES A LA REALIZACIÓN PRÁCTICA Y ESTRUCTURAL DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL.
RESUMEN
La practicaprofesional de los trabajadores sociales con capacidad para exigirse y actuar eficazmente con calidad a un servicio , protegiendo los intereses de las personas y demandas sociales con eficiencia y objetividad incrementando el bienestar articulando así mismo los principios básicos como lo son beneficencia , autonomía y justicia , fundamentándolas desde una perspectiva paternalista y nopaternalista en cuanto a la , ética profesional , pretendiendo brindar un servicio adecuado en la cual distribuya los recursos equitativamente , tratando a las personas como un todo y desarrollando sus fortalezas y respetando el derecho de autonomía del usuario .

Professional social workers with large capacity required to effectively act with quality service, protecting the interests of the people and social demands with efficiency and objectivity increasing well-being also articulating basic principles such as charities, autonomy and justice, basing themher practice level paternalistic and non-paternalistic and how are you acting in the fields of medicine , professional ethics, pretending to offer a service in which it distributes resources evenly and fairly, treating the people as a whole and developing their strengths and respecting the right of autonomy of the user.

Principios éticos como aportes a la realización práctica yestructural del trabajador social.
Dentro del terreno profesional se sitúan y generan principios y deberes de los cuales el trabajador social debe acatar dentro de una institución y las meta que esta persigue aunque como seres humanos tenemos la libertad de elegir lo que es considerado apropiado para nuestras acciones profesionales en innegable el hecho de realizar y formar parte de estas normasmorales y laborales sin dejar aun lado como profesional los fundamentos éticos y valores que comprometen su que hacer diario en el medio que interactúe generando un bienestar y respuestas equitativas para el usuario y contribución a la profesión.

Within the professional field they are placed and create principles and duties of which the social worker must comply within an institution and the meta pursues this although as human beings we have the freedom to choose what is considered appropriate for our professional in undeniable actions perform and formpart of these rules moral and labour without leaving even side as a professional ethical foundations and values involving that make daily in the middle that interact to generate a welfare and equitable answers to the user and contribution to the profession.
