The use of cellphon in the college
For me the use of the cellular one is which must stuff in the college in the course of the class but this oneis necessary to to allow to use it in the playtime because if or it is fulfilled the right is violated to the communication.
After manydiscussions it brings over of the use or not of the cellular one on the part of the minors in the colleges, the Court said that the use must be regulatedin the Manuals of Conviviality, but these they cannot violate the Constitution.
There are approaches that show conditions where the use of thecellular one is seen well. Later there are listed some situations that favor the use of the cellular one in the classroom:

1. The cellular oneswith access to Internet can rest on activities of investigation, without having to resort to a computer with access to Internet.
2. To spreadand / or to report across messages of text or telephonic route.
3. I contact in case of familiar situations or emergencies.

Returning to thetopic raised to the beginning of this test, we have that the use of the cellular one in the classroom causes distraction and inconvenience in thehearing. On the other hand, the use of the cellular one to support activities related to the education and education, demonstrates that it is atool, which it allows to promote.
For my opinion we must bring and use it of responsible form it and to attack with the procedure of the college.
