ABSTRACT

Taking into account the difficult labor situation by which the country goes by ,and
the few solutions that glimpse to problems like the high accident in the workers and
the lack of prevention of the companies due to there is not workers´training in the
field of professional risks ,work preventive medicine. Through this work is tried to
make a comparative and critical analysis of the industrial security that exists in
Colombian companies, the fulfillment of the updatelabor norms in this scope as
well analyze the minimum standards of security that must have different companies
doing especial emphasis on workers´s enabling and training in the field of
occupational health and professional risks to improve the individual and collective
health of the workers in the different occupations developed in their sites of work.
