Hello my name es leyda contreras and i am a user at NLC.Before l started in nlc i cheeked some english schools but they were so far or very expensives, or they simply did not fullfil mespectations.In one moment, i felt despaired , i thought “ i will never learn english”
I wished to sings my favorite songs clearly and understand them.I spend so time lookin and looking for a good school and ididn`t find anything. And i thought again: “i will never learn english”
But my friends and my parents always have a good words for me and they used to tell me “ don`t be desapointed, you will learnenglish”
One evening when i was watching tv i saw a comercial about NLC. A man started to talk and he said about the program of NLC.
I remember that i paid attention to the man and i learned about toNLC.
When the man finished speaking i thing if it would be a good idea to learn english in there.
I spent only 5 minutes when i called to NLC i called one time, two times. Three times, four times.And i didn`t answer my call.
I tried again, finally someone answerme .
The next day a woman arrived my house and she esplained everithing about NLC to me . and i liked it.
In my first sessionalthough i studied my lesson i didn`t understand anything, the monitor was speaking only english that situation scared me a lot.
I tried to understand, and followed him . but only understand some words,but i was very very lost in complete sentences.
I remember that in every question i only answer yes!
Although i didn`t understand anything ¡!! It was so funny!
When i started in “F2” i hadlearned more vocabulary and i think, it was much easier to talk with teh monitors and the people.
In “F3” i really understand more.
Now i am capable to speak english, i can express my ideas. I have learnea lot. the ADD session helpme so much too!.
i remember a phrase them one friend told me before.
