Copy format: we can copy a format of a cell to other cell, selecting the option “copy format” on home tab.
Comments: we can add a comment in a cell. The comment describes the content of the cell.Split cells: divide two cells that were combined.
Percentage: show the selected numbers as a percent.
Cell reference: is the name of a cell, the column letter follow of the row numbers.Example: A1, C7.
Link: connect cell of other spreadsheet and show the data in both spreadsheet.
Active sheet: is the sheet in that we work.
Spreadsheet: is a sheet with cell and column that weused for introducing data and loads.
Work’s book: is a group of spreadsheet
Formulas bar: in this bar we can enter or modify the information of a cell.
Filters: this option help to find datainside of a rank of cell.
Formula: is when we want find a numeric value of a rank of cell, we type (= cell + cell)
Example: G4+ G5+G6
Active cell: is a cell that is selected and we can work inthis cell.
Combine cells: combine two or more cells that we selected. And become only one.
Fuction: is when we want find a numeric value of a rank of cell but we use a fuction (fuction name.arguments) Example: = sum(G4:G6)
Arguments: is a quantity of cells that are used for a fuction.
