* The willingness of the firms to get involved in case we choose a partner (domestic- going global, foreign- sell theproduct)
* The type of export (indirect- direct)
* The characteristics of the country
* Profits expectations
* Knowledge of legal issues and tariff issues.
* Marketing strategy andpossible product adaptation
* Mode of distribution and transportation
