Over a period of 1 ½ year, we have contemplated the Tourism – Charter market to find out, is it convenient to build up a new Charter airline.

The result is YES, because the Tourism market is growing up, but the capacity to fly thepassenger, alone only from German Charter - Airlines is not enough for today and the next couple of years.

We, this is a group of people with professional airline background have now finished our study and we wish to go the way, to establish a new European Charter Airline.

With additional connection to another EG countries, it is possible to established a joint venture for the future forPassenger and Cargo - Transportation. In cooperation with an International Airlines, a high maintenance and flight standard for our operation is secured.

We need to start our operation in Mai 2009 with 2. Aircraft from type Boeing 737-300 or 400 in the passenger configuration for the mid range operation.

The Home Base for our company shall be in the heart of Spain, at the Airport Barcelona.

Start of theflights is scheduled for MAY 2009

To reach in this short time the scheduled starting day, it is necessary to have a detailed organisation plan which includes and show all activities for the start up period.

The first step to realize the planed activities is to engage qualified staff for the key positions.

The following pages show in a diagram, what is necessary to reach the fixed date.

Routes & Frequencies

Using the airplane type Boeing 737-300, we have the possibility to combine passenger and cargo flights, so that we will be able to transport cargo at the one way passengers return flights. The passenger are tourists and the flights are charter flights only. As a matter offact, there are no more transportation limitation inside the -EWG / EU -. We can start our flight - operation in this case, for example, also out of Greece and Spain to destination inside of the EU and from 01.01.2007 new Open Sky Countries coming in.(Kosovo,Macodenia,Maroc,Bosnia)

From Germany we have flights out of all possible German airports to destination as follow: Spain - (Canary Island, Palma ) - Portugal - Italy - Greece – Kosovo – Macodenia - Maroc

During the European low season it becomes possible, to fly passenger to Near-, and Far East.

In contrast to another airlines, we have different calculation-bases for charter flights. Together with serious tour operators we are able to fly cost covering for the first time and later on we areable to make profit with our flight - operation. The following pages show the flight routing and the planed capacity for the airplanes. For the beginning, and this is our pre calculation, it is necessary to start with two airplane for the passenger operation.
