EXTRACCION DE ANTOCIANINA A BASE DE SALVIA PARA LA OBTENCION DEL PIGMENTO COLOR AZUL____________________________________________
RESUMEN:
Al realizar un proceso químico para la obtención de un colorante o pigmento necesitaremos de los recursos del medio ambiente y sus bondades, mediante esta descubriremoslos distintos tipo de colorantes y concentración de pigmentos que con ayuda de lo aprendido lograremos obtenerlo para los distintos usos que como colorante podemos darle, en este informe se obtendrá elpigmento azul “antocianina” a partir de los pétalos de salvia situados en las montañas de las sierras de Perú, Bolivia y Chile. Siguiendo un proceso químico sabremos cuales son los materiales,reactivos y procedimiento que debemos seguir y usar.
Este producto natural además de su alto contenido de colorante es bondadoso en otros aspectos para la salud, pero en esta oportunidad el proceso queseguiremos estará precisado para un teñido textil
ABSTRACT:
