FACTORES QUE GENERAN UNA MEJOR RENTABILIDAD EN LAS EMPRESAS DEL PERU



I. RESUMEN EJECUTIVO


Hoy en día la economía del mundo está en el ojo de la tormenta, más aun países con un gran poder adquisitivo, los cuales han sido las primeras víctimas de esta CRISIS ECONOMICA, pero nuestra principal atención se centrara en el Perú, que si bien es cierto aun no se percibe una verdadera crisiseconómica, es en todo caso las Empresas las que deberían dar su voz de protesta, no solo por que realizan un papel importante en el desarrollo económico de un País, sino también porque son la plataforma que necesita un trabajador técnico o profesional para desarrollar sus capacidades y generar ingresos para sí mismo y un buen sustento económico para su familia, mas aun si la competencia reduce lasaspiraciones y no permite que todos gocen de un trabajo digno y bien remunerado.

Las Empresas no solo son fuentes de ingreso para la población, sino también pilares fundamentales que sostienen la economía de una País. Es por ello en el presente ensayo se analizaran los factores que intervienen y que favorecen a algunos, y a otros no, en la rentabilidad que logra conseguir cada empresa ennuestro País. La rentabilidad no solo genera ingresos para la Empresa sino también utilidades buenas o malas que el final de un periodo otorgan algún beneficio al trabajador y empleador.

El presente ensayo trata sobre los factores que influyen en una mejor rentabilidad en las empresas, tema que me lleno de interés e inquietud ya que venimos atravesando por una difícil situación económica a nivelmundial. Por otro lado creí conveniente mencionar la importancia de invertir en una Empresa y qué relación guarda con una buena rentabilidad, ya que hoy en día el empresario solo se enfoca en los ingresos que muestren los flujos de efectivo de su empresa, mas no hay el deseo de invertir en otras ares y abrirse más al mercado. A continuación el desarrollo de este presente ensayo que como se mencionaanteriormente expondrá uno de los factores que puedan influir en la rentabilidad de una Empresa.
II. ABSTRACT



Nowadays the economy of the world is in the eye of the storm, still more countries with a great spending power, which have been the first victims of this ECONOMIC CRISIS, but our main attention would concentrate in the Peru, that although it is certain not yet perceives a trueeconomic crisis, is in any case the Companies those that would have to give their voice of protest, not only so that they realise an important paper in the economic development of a Country, but also because are the platform that needs a technical or professional worker to develop its capacities and to generate income for itself and a good economic sustenance for its family, still more if thecompetition reduces the aspirations and it does not allow that all enjoy a well remunerated worthy work and.

The Companies not only are fundamental sources of entrance for the population, but also pillars that they maintain the economy of a Country. It is for that reason in the present test the factors would be analyzed that take part and that favor to some, and to another no, in the yield that managesto secure each company in our Country. The yield not only generates income for the Company but also good or bad utilities that the end of a period grants some benefit to the worker and employer.

The present test tries on the factors that influence in one better yield in the companies, subject that I fill of interest and restlessness to me since we come crossing by a difficult economic situationto world-wide level.
