RESUMEN
Hoy día encontrar en nuestras instituciones educativas y por ende en las aulas de clase estudiantes que muestran apatía y desinterés por su aprendizaje y asimismo por todo lo que tiene que ver con el estudio no es paranada extraño, por el contrario, es un problema tan frecuente que tiene en alerta roja a docentes y sistema educativo ya que esta apatía escolar repercute en su proceso académico y formativo. ¿Qué la produce? O ¿qué factores o situaciones están generando este rechazo por aprender en la escuela? Son preguntas que llevan a repensar la práctica pedagógica del docente y que suscitan a buscarrespuestas y soluciones.
La metodología del docente, la actitud inadecuada de este y los problemas sociales y contextuales de los estudiantes, son las causas que más generan este desinterés, desmotivación y apatía por estudiar y por aprender y para ser sujeto activo en su proceso de formación.
No se trata de buscar culpables, sino de conocer a fondo el problema o más bien que lo está causando y darlesoluciones viables, porque sería muy ingenuo creer que la solución está en una pócima mágica.

ABSTRACT
Finding students in our educational institutions and therefore in the classroom who show apathy and disinterest in learning and also for everything that they has to do with the study is not at all strange, but by contrast, it’s aproblem that maintains the teachers and educational system on red alert because this school apathy affects their academic and training process. What produces this? Or which factors or situations are generating this refusal to learn in school? These are questions that take us to rethink the pedagogical practice of teachers and that induce us to search answers and solutions.
The teacher’smethodology, their inadequate attitude and the social and contextual student's problems are also causes that generate this disinterest, discouragement and apathy to study and to learn and make the students an active subject of his training.
It is not about find guilty, but it is about knows thoroughly the problem or rather what causes it and give solutions, because it would be very naive to believe thatthe solution lies in a magical potion.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROBLEMA: La comunidad atendida por la I.E. Liceo de Bolívar está conformada por estudiantes cuyo nivel socioeconómico se ubica en el rango de los estratos 0 a 3. Esta comunidad se ve afectada por diferentes problemáticas de orden social como el pandillismo, delincuencia común, laprostitución, pobreza, familias disfuncionales. En la Institución estudian muchos niños/as y jóvenes que han sido víctimas de situaciones de violencia en el barrio, violencia intrafamiliar, abuso sexual, a todas estas situaciones se suma el uso de drogas.
