El presente proyecto se llevo a cabo durante cuatro meses en los cuales, se realizó una investigación dentro de la empresa con razón social GEMALTO MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. En la cual se desarrolló un método para calcular el número de partes criticas requeridas en el almacén de mantenimiento. Para llevar a cabo este método se inició con el planteamiento del problema, endonde se menciona la problemática de la empresa y se especifican los problemas que se están presentando por la falta de un adecuado inventario de refacciones en el almacén de mantenimiento. Posteriormente en los objetivos, se plantea de forma específica que se va a lograr con el desarrollo del proyecto. En el siguiente punto se mencionan las estrategias que se emplearán para llevar a cabo en eldesarrollo, las metas de este proyecto nos muestran las ganancias que se obtendrán con la aplicación de este inventario. En seguida la justificación nos dice porque se realizo este proyecto, mientras que los alcances nos dan una visión sobre hasta dónde se llagará.
En el desarrollo del proyecto se llevó un orden para poder implementarlo; ya que se realizó una investigación de los equipos parasaber su estado y esto ayudó a iniciar con un cronograma de los últimos 3 semestres, con esta información se investigó que método seria el indicado para determinar cuántas refacciones se necesitarían para el siguiente semestre. Posteriormente se determinó que el método de cálculo sobre el punto de reorden era el indicado, ya que este método nos mostraba de forma analítica y gráfica, el requerimientode las refacciones necesarias para una planeación a futuro y ello reduciría el inventario excesivo, así como también la falta de refacciones una vez que el proceso de producción este en curso. Finalmente al concluir este proyecto se logró entender cómo se toman medidas dentro de una empresa para encontrar soluciones a problemas que surgen de forma repentina, en este caso fue un control de partescriticas.
SUMMARY
The present project has been done for four months and the investigation was made in the company known as GEMALTO MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. This company developed method to calculate the number of critical parts in the maintenance storage. In order to perform this method, the problems criteria were set off first; in witch the problems of the company werementioned and specified due to the lack of appropriate listing of the spare parts in the maintenance storage. First, the objectives were set in a specific manner, so it is possible to achieve the project. Second, the strategies that will be done in order to perform the development were set apart. The aims of this project showed the gains that must be obtained with the implementation of the listingof the parts. Finally, the justification showed up the reason why this project was done, mean while the range gave a clear vision up to where the project would arrived.
In the development of the project was to implement an order; as they conducted an investigation of the teams to know their status and it helped start with a timeline of the last three semesters, this information was investigatedwhich method would be the right choice to determine how many parts were needed for the following semester.
