Family Feud

In the short informative story Family Feud , describes the Hatfield – McCoy family
feud. This began in 1878 with an argument between two families over a pig.
One day 1878 RandolphMcCoy accused the Hatfield stealing one of his pig. By that time a
pig could make a different between having enough meat for the winter hunger. William head of
the Hatfield family denied andrefused to return the animal. The case was took to court and the
jury decided , with a vote of seventh to five , that the Hatfield were innocent. The McCoy family
was no happy about theverdict that feud escalated and got worst , after Roseanna McCoy started
a relationship with Johnson Hatfield. Johnson was three years younger than her , felt very
attracted to her andask her to married him , she said yes , and one evening decided to go to his
house to live with the Hatfield family. His father didn’t accept Roseanna and even they were in
love Roseannahad to leave and get shelter at her aunt home. Conspiracy and attacks were planed
by the McCoys. Against Johnson life but Roseanne warned him that got her family really mad
and the conflictgot going. One afternoon the was a picnic on the Kentucky river side of the river
the McCoys brothers got in to an argument with the Hatfields. William Hatfield’s brother got
injuredreally bad hi was staved many times and then shot. William on revenge decided to make
justice on his way. He and his friends capture three McCoys family members and decided if his
brothersdie he would kill them , and his brother died. The anger and hate of both family kept
growing till the point that even both family town were afraid of this particular war because theauthority couldn’t stop them till the governors of both state make them stop. By 1900 the war
was over but both family kept hating each other but no longer killed one and other. The war last...
