The first cOTEca Hamburg – international trade show for the coffee, tea and cocoa business – was held from 4 to 6 June 2010. With 3,000 participants from 57 nations and 102 exhibitors from 17 countries, this new event at Europe’s leading trade centre for coffee, tea and cocoa succeeded in positioning itself successfully right from the start – a brilliant premiere. The concept of bringing together all three areas – coffee, tea and cocoa – at one fair proved to be exactly the right recipe for in-depth exchanges. Exhibitors convinced the highly expert, very international audience by their wide range of offerings. and the extensivesupporting programme, in particular the conference with its high-calibre speakers, was a vital ingredient in the success of the first cOTEca Hamburg.
