PROCEDURE TO MAKE TAMALES TOLIMENSES

The materials aforementioned were bought for me and below I will explain what I did to prepare a tamal tolimense:

- The pot is put for me over thestove

- The water and oil is added for me in the pot

- The carrot, onions and bacon are chopped for me

- The chicken and beans are cleaned for me andthen those are added in the pot together with the condiments, carrot, onions and bacon to cook.

After the items previously added are already cooked, those items aretaken away for me from the pot

- The rice is added in the pot for me and I wait about 1 hour up to the rice get consistence.

- The banana leaves are cut to theright size for me

- The banana leaf is put under and on the banana leaf the rice together with the chicken a slice of bacon and carrot is put for me.

- Therice and others are wrapped and tied up with a rope for me

- The tamales are put with some water in a pot for me to boil, and finally after 4 hours boiling thetamal is already cooked to taste.

The materials aforementioned were bought forme and below I will explain what I did to prepare Refajo:

- The jar is put for me

- The cover of the bottles of beer and cola colombiana are opened for me- The beer is added for me in the jar

- The cola colombiana is added for me in the jar

- The mix of cola colombiana and beer is shaken for me
