g The humanbeing as a social being analyzed from the Colombian context and the world is a very political issue, because embodies the position of understanding politics as the setting for the common good, iewelfare for everyone and out of individualism. The citizenship embodies the character of the city live in the company of others, ie a genuine interest in all public worry: the state space, as decisionsare made and invest the money, among other things. A person who is interested in training in citizenship is concerned to be well informed about what is happening in community life and training inethical responsibility to pay taxes, contribute to the identification and solution of social problems, to fight for respect and human dignity, ie for the defense of Human Rights.
El ProcuradorGeneral de la Nación, Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado (2012) afirma: "No cabe duda, pues, de que el ciudadano debe ser el beneficiario de todos los esfuerzos del Estado, de todas las leyes, de todas laspolíticas, de todas las instituciones, de todas las obras materiales. Al ciudadano no podemos considerarlo tan solo como un contribuyente más ni como un simple recurso del capital cuando; por el contrario,el capital es el medio moderno imprescindible para la realización y bienestar del ciudadano" (p.7).
