En el presente trabajo se presenta el estudio de investigación sobre la Gestión que se realiza por parte de Banco del país en Tegucigalpa. La investigación tiene un enfoque de tipo cuantitativo, habiendo aplicado una encuesta a tres variables de estudio siendo estas; los clientes y empleados de Banco delPaís y la sociedad de Tegucigalpa, elementos que forman parte de los grupos de interés del banco. Se utilizó una modalidad no experimental con un alcance descriptivo aplicado a una muestra de 120 individuos de los grupos mencionados.
Se buscó con este estudio dar a conocer un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la labor en esta área de proyección social en la cual el banco ha venido trabajando ydesarrollando varias actividades, dando como resultados de investigación el hecho que hay un pobre involucramiento, falta de conocimiento y participación en estas prácticas de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial que lleva acabo Banpais por parte de los clientes, empleados y los beneficiarios tanto como la sociedad de Tegucigalpa en general.

ABSTRACT


This paper presents the research study on the management carried out by Banco del Pais in Tegucigalpa. The investigation has aquantitative approach, having applied a survey to study three variables being these; customers and employees of Banco del Pais and the society of Tegucigalpa, elements that are part of the bank's stakeholders. A non-experimental method with a descriptive scope applied to a sample of 120 individuals.
Purpose of this study is to provide an assessment of the current status of job done in this area of​​social projection in which the bank has been working and developing various activities, leading to research results revealing that there is a poor involvement, lack knowledge and participation in these practices of corporate social responsibility that takes place in Banpais by customers, employees and beneficiaries as well as society in general Tegucigalpa.
