RESUMEN

El presente trabajo muestra la medición del impacto financiero apartir de la reestructuración administrativa, operativa y financiera de la fábrica de calzado Vicalza; la cual se dedica a la producción y comercialización de calzado en cuero a nivel nacional.
La fábrica en estudio presenta inconvenientes en sus diferentes áreas, por lo que ha mostrado evidencias de un decline en su evolución lo cual le ha impedido crecer a un alto ritmo dentro del mercado, espor ello que se pretende realizar correctivos en dichas áreas para obtener un buen rendimiento a partir de la mejora en la organización de las actividades y el establecimiento de una adecuada organización estructural que permita mejorar las condiciones de esta microempresa.
La reestructuración propone el análisis y la implementación de estrategias, mecanismos y procedimientos en todas las áreasde la fábrica; posteriormente se observará el impacto financiero que tendría la reestructuración propuesta para la mejora de la fábrica, obteniendo beneficios por la adecuada planeación, organización, dirección y control de recursos, permitiéndole lograr un mayor crecimiento en la utilidad y evitando contratiempos en los procesos de producción y entrega.

ABSTRACT
The present project shows the mensuration of the financial impact starting from the administrative, operative and financial restructuring of the factory of footwear Vicalza; which is devoted to the production and footwear commercialization in leather in Ecuador.
The factory in study presents inconveniences in differentareas, for that has shown evidences of declines in the evolution that which has prevented it to grow to a high rhythm inside the market, for this reason it seeks to be carried out correctives in this areas to obtain a good yield starting from the improvement in the organization of the activities and the establishment of a structural appropriate organization that it allows to improve theconditions of this factory.
The restructuring proposes the analysis and the implementation of strategies, mechanisms and procedures in all the areas of the factory; later on the financial impact will be observed that would have the restructuring proposed for the improvement of the factory, obtaining benefits for the appropriate planning, organization, management and control of resources, allowing it toachieve a bigger growth in the utility and avoiding setbacks in the production processes and delivery.
