INTRODUCCIÓN
La realidad indiscutible de participar en un mercado cada vez más competitivo, dentro de un entorno mundial,obliga a las empresas a plantearse la necesidad de mejorar en sus estrategias de producción, costos,
administración y especialmente en CALIDAD.
Sin embargo la CALIDAD se debe de conseguir por medio de la incorporación a la Empresa de las personas
mejor capacitadas, más responsables y más comprometidas con los objetivos de una organización.
Nuestra empresa ha tenido un auge importante en los últimosdos años, lo que se ha logrado a través de un

agresivo plan de mercadotecnia, una estrategia de costos adecuada y una calidad de producto aceptable para
los estándares del País.
Ahora bien hasta el día de hoy la Dirección General de la Empresa se ha encargado de contratar de manera
directa al personal que labora, lo que provoca un deficiente seguimiento del desempeño del personal y dela
investigación de los antecedentes de los nuevos aspirantes a algún puesto dentro de la misma. Los Gerentes de
las diferentes áreas han hecho una labor invaluable al estar pendientes de una manera parcial del desempeño
de las personas bajo su cargo, lo que les quita tiempo de sus laborales primordiales dentro de cada área.
Es por estas razones que se propone la creación de la GERENCIA DERECURSOS HUMANOS para
iniciar un proceso de reorganización del personal que labora en la Organización, con el fin claro de mejorar la...
