First kiss
We were on the tram, sitting next to each other in a two-seat chair. The tram, as usual, was racing down the track and since the windows wereopen, the wind rushed past our faces and blew our hair back. It was autumn, and it was raining outside so some little drops sprinkled our faces. It was cold, so he put his arm around me to keep mewarm.
We were looking to the front, talking about what we were going to do when we arrived to the mall. Suddenly he looked a t me and I looked back at him. We saw straight into our eyes and wesaw nothing. Our faces started to come closer and closer. I started to feel the warmth of his body. We were even closer than before and all of a sudden our lips touched. I could hear nothing fora moment, everything stopped moving and I realized MY BEST FRIEND WAS KISSING ME!!!
The tram stopped and all I could do was run and as soon as I touched the ground I screamed. I didn’t know whatwas happening but it was all I could think about. I didn’t know he liked me, I mean did he? I didn’t really understand what was happening, I was confused. I needed someone to calm me down butthe problem was that the right person was actually the one who was the problem. The only thing I could do was call my “girl best friend”, to tell her I had to see her in that exact same moment. Iknew she could understand me. At least that’s what I thought, and thank God I was right.
When I look back at this moment I feel butterflies in my stomach and I wonder how this could havehappened. This incident tore us apart. Nothing was like before, we became more distant and our relationship was ruined. It was impossible for me to see him as before, he was no longer an angel.
