11.-Fitness program

This fitness program will help you to lose weight and have a healthy body .The fitness program was making for people of ages 13- 26 or if you have a healthy body and cando the exercise you will be doing the program. The activities don’t need money, the only money that you spend is to buy the water to drink. The program gives you exercises that you willpractice but the program don’t promise results if you didnt going to a nutritionist for a diet.
The exercises:
• Heating:
 Run for 30 minutes
 Stretching for 10 minutes
• Exercises:
1.Making 15-25 abdominal
2. Making 15- 25 bendings
3. Walk up and down stairs like 8-15 floors
4. Repeat the lifting 10-20 times (you can do this with a bag of rice or somthing like that )
5.Making 15- 25 squats



You can choose what do you want to do. They recommended to do a table like this:

*You can interchange the exercises everyday the only thing that you have to do everyday is the heating
* You can do all the exercisesinto your house exept run , we recommended that no matter where you live yo have to go out side to run.
*The program isn’t take you more than 2 hours
*We recommended listen to music when you are doingthe exercise
*Everyday you have to think “I am going to do exercise , I feel good and I am Happy “.

• Weight
• If you are man or woman
• How much exercise are you doing
• How much stress do you have on your life style
• How many do you sleep everyday• The cholesterol that you have
• The blood pressure
• If you smoke
• How many close relatives have had coronary artery disease (CAD)
• How often do you go to medical exams
• Have you...
