Flamenco

Yasmina Pulido
Born on September 29th, 1989 in Barcelona. She started dancing at the early age of 3 at Mari Carmen's flamenco dancing school. Three years later, she began studying classic Spanishdance at Tempo School in Badalona. Later, she strengthened her studies in this matter with masters Rosa Alba and Núria Plana. Years later she joined the prestigious flamenco dance academy La Tani andthen she joined the flamenco dance school of Anne Marquez in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona.
In 2001 she joined the Young Dance Company of Gava. From that year until 2007, she studied at theTheatre Institute of Barcelona with teachers such as Nacho Blanco, Joseph Cross, Lourdes Rojas and Juan Carlos Lerida obtaining a dancing degree.
In 2006 she joined the flamenco company of Jesus Cortes andperformed many presentations around Barcelona. The same year she worked as a dancer in the show "Ojalá Pudiera" (I wish I could) with the company of the dancer Nacho Blanco.
In 2007 she awarded ascholarship at the Centro Andaluz de Danza - CAD (The Andaluz Dancing Center) and she spent two years in Seville studying with the masters: Trinidad Sevillano, Angel Pericet, Rubén Olmo, Pilar PericetCalvete and Carmelita.
In 2008 she participated in a gala at the Andaluz Dancing Center, performing a choreography staged by important flamenco dancing figures such as Pericet Angel, Juan Martin,Antonio Najarro and Matilde Coral.
In 2010 she joined the flamenco Company José María Damunt, performing shows of Zarzuela in Barcelona, Ourense, Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Castellon. The same year,she worked for the Italian company Costa Cruises with Los Mulero Flamenco Company, dancing across Asia in the cruise Romantic Coast. Later on, were performed for the first time the shows “Suite Carmen”and “Spanish Fantasy” at Segarra Theater in Santa Coloma de Gramane where she participated dancing with Los Mulero Company
