AXE HLR Guarda 4 - APGHLRSC2A
CSR Number: 1265325Problem Environment: Network: GSM Node: AXE HLR SW level: R12.1
Problem Description: There are some rare and not frequent AP reboots on APG40C/4 Hw (with AGM018 SW level).
Explanation andResolution: This is a microsoft issue. Microsoft KB 321531 may be referred with that unknown reboot issue. The unexpected shut down traced in the mktr applicationlog could be caused by some interfacingproblems (not digged out yet) between RAID and cluster because gamevlog name is in the printout.
Solution: Condition: Frequent reboot with unknown cause was observed in the nodes and theevent/application logs refers to scanning of "I:/MSCS" directory
Load CN-I 109 22-APZ 212 30/4-1240 to stop the Antivirus scanning in I:\MSCS directory which causes the reboot.
